We provide a warranty on any refurbished laptop for 6 months on labor and 3 months on parts.
BATTERY AND ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE ARE NOT INCLUDED.
When we receive off-lease used notebooks, we check them out thoroughly.
We completely evaluate the used notebook, then we perform a functional diagnostic test, clean the hard drive, reload an
operating system and cosmetically inspect and clean the notebooks.
Many of our refurbished notebooks come with remaining Manufacturer Warranty.
Under the link "More Info" you can find out whether or not the notebook you intend to buy is covered by the Manufacturer
warranty or by the Laptop-wholesale.com Warranty.
Laptop-wholesale.com offers a 6 month warranty on all pre-owned notebooks unless otherwise specified at the time
of purchase. Warranty is effective through the 6 Months from the original date of purchase.
Exchanges and credits are included in the Warranty within the specified period stated on your invoice.
If you have a problem with an item that carries a Factory Warranty, you must call the Manufacturer for all
Warranty claims.
If you are loading your own Operating System, then you are responsible for loading the proper software that is
needed to operate any peripherals attached to the notebook, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
The proper software includes the Operating System and any other software drivers needed to operate the notebook
computer and its peripherals.
Laptop-wholesale.com will repair or replace defective notebooks returned to our facility, but you must first request
Warranty Service. To request Warranty Service, you must first contact Laptop-wholesale.com within the warranty period
and state the problem. If Warranty Service is required, Laptop-wholesale.com will issue a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) Number.
First we try to solve your problem(s) over the phone.
Before we issue an RMA number or make any repairs, we must be assured that you are attempting to try the solutions
given. This is required because we have received quite a few notebooks that customers sent back to us thinking they
were faulty, but in fact, tested fully functional. Please help us, by describing the complaint in detail!
When you contact our RMA department RMA@Laptop-wholesale.com one of our
representatives will issue you an RMA number. Please mark the RMA# clearly on the outside of the box.
We ask that you please prepay the shipping charges to insure the shipment or you accept the risk of loss or damage
during shipment. Laptop-wholesale.com will ship the repaired or replacement notebook back to you with the freight
prepaid.
Once your notebook is received here at Laptop-wholesale.com, it will be evaluated and tested for the specific
problem you described. Laptop-wholesale.com has full control on whether we repair or replace the notebook(s).
Malfunctioning notebooks will be repaired or replaced unless the problem(s) can be repaired, then no refund will be
issued. We stand behind our products and will make every effort to provide complete customer satisfaction.
Warranty is one of the most important issues when buying a used notebook. At Laptop-wholesale.com you can buy with
confidence, because we sell only the highest grade used and refurbished notebooks. Our customers have had very few

Return Policy: If the notebook that you purchased from us works fine, but you don't like it for any reason,
you can send it back for store credit within 7 days from the date on your Invoice. Your return must be authorized by
one of our sales representatives and you can use your store credit for future notebook purchases. If you don't want to
buy another notebook from us, we can take back the products and issue a refund, resulting in a 20% re-stocking
charge.
